Equipment & Products
All standard cleaning equipment and products are provided by Steph. Greg brings all tools and equipment for garden maintenance. If you have specific product preferences, please let us know.
Travel
Local travel within our normal service area is included in the hourly rate. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your suburb is within our service area.

Are there any additional charges?
Our hourly rate covers standard services and local travel. Waste removal for gardening may incur an additional charge depending on volume — we'll always discuss this with you upfront.
Do you offer discounts for regular bookings?
Existing customers retain their previously agreed rates. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Can I add extra time on the day?
Yes, subject to availability. Additional time is charged in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.
